If you participate in a DiSC program, you'll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior. This machine was built for the automotive industry to apply gaskets to Range Rover door lock strikers. It satisfied the requirement to produce completed parts to a 3 second cycle time. Parts are 100% inspected by camera with reject parts ejected and good parts batch counted. Currently parts are manually loaded but it is designed to have parts loaded by robot to minimise labour cost. It is custom designed and built in house by Tape Solutions Ltd and typifies the bespoke nature of tape and gasket automation that we build for companies worldwide.
